Skinshape is the musical project of British composer and producer William Dorey. Inspired by the sound and essence of music from past decades, Skinshape blends influences from funk, reggae, psychedelic rock, folk, African music and 1960s and 70s library music, creating a warm, hypnotic and timeless sound world. As well as being a founding member of the band Palace, Dorey has run his own reggae label, Horus Records, since 2014. On stage, a five-piece band brings Skinshape's repertoire to life, performing both his most recent compositions and the songs that have defined his career.
