"Piñata presenta: Tori Kelly" Concert
20 November 2026 · 20:30
Sala Apolo, el Poble-sec, Sants-Montjuïc
She is one of the new big stars at the crossroads of R&B, pop and soul, where the influences of Lauryn Hill, Jill Scott, Brandy and Janet Jackson are clear. Being rejected by a TV talent show doesn't mean you can't become a great artist. Just ask Rosalía or Camila Cabello. That is also what happened to Californian Tori Kelly when she was only 16 and went on "American Idol". She started posting home videos on YouTube, caught the attention of the major labels and ended up winning over Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, Babyface and Ed Sheeran, artists who have publicly praised her. Recognised as one of the most gifted vocalists of her generation and the winner of two Grammy Awards, she has released six albums that move between R&B, pop and soul, with a commercially successful formula and billions of streams worldwide.
