'Polynesian Dance' Workshop (Beginner Level)

Teacher: Shedam Tribal. We will learn the basic steps of Polynesian dance before progressing to simple choreographies and discovering the secrets of Tahitian culture and music. This dance tones the whole body and improves mood and self-esteem.
