Punt de Referència supports young people in vulnerable situations on their path towards independent living, creating relationships of support and trust through social mentoring. A programme connecting volunteers and young people to generate opportunities, emotional well-being and community inclusion. Testimonies: people who have previously taken part as volunteers. Led by Marina Montoya, Mentoring Programmes Coordinator.
