Records i Ficcions Laboratory. 'Practices of Memories in Motion'

Led by Agnès Balfegó Brull. "Practices of Memories in Motion" is a body-based and creative research workshop-laboratory exploring the relationship between memory, body and fiction. The proposal emerges from the Records i Ficcions stage-creation process, developed since 2024, and shares the working methodologies that arose during this artistic research. The workshop is aimed at people interested in exploration through movement. We will work with somatic practices, guided improvisation and creative exercises to explore the body as a space of archive, transformation and imagination. The work combines movement and voice to generate spaces for collective reflection and experimentation based on personal archives and shared imaginaries. Agnès Balfegó Brull's "Records i Ficcions" project has received creative support through the Procreació 2025-2026 residency programme.
