'Regional Cuisine: A Culinary Journey around the Peninsula' Gastronomy Workshop

Teacher: Anabel González. We will prepare both classic and less familiar dishes from the cuisines of the Iberian Peninsula. A journey allowing us to discover the rich recipe traditions of Aragon, Extremadura, Cantabria, Murcia and elsewhere, preserving the essence of the dishes while giving them a renewed touch to suit the present day.
