"Sashiko Embroidery (Level 2)" Workshop

A special sashiko course for people who already have basic knowledge of this Japanese embroidery technique. In this workshop we will embroider more elaborate Hitomezashi and Kugurizashi designs, along with some more contemporary Moyozashi variations, in a sample case called Warikiku. It is an ideal course for deepening your knowledge of this wonderful technique and learning to draw the different designs and patterns without templates. Materials for the first day: basic sewing kit —thread, scissors, rulers, pins and marker—. Participants are advised not to buy it until the workshop is confirmed. Led by Misako Mimoko.
