Screening of the feature film “Mariposas Negras”, an animated film by David Baute that won the Goya Award and the Gaudí Award for Best Animated Film in 2025. Climate change affects the lives of Tanit, Valeria and Shaila. Three women from very different parts of the planet, but with something in common: all three lose everything because of global warming and are forced to migrate in order to survive. “Mariposas Negras” tells their stories, their struggle not to disappear even though their places of origin no longer exist. Lives that, like those of thousands of people experiencing the consequences of global warming first-hand, deserve to be told. Original version with Catalan subtitles.
