'Seasonal and Local Cooking for the Winter Solstice' Workshop

The longest nights of the year invite us to turn inward, while nature offers produce from the land that helps us celebrate this moment of returning light. We will make a pie with root vegetables and mushrooms, a parsnip and pear cream soup, Swedish Saint Lucia buns and share a wassail, a fragrant hot drink that brings people together and builds community. Led by Muntsa Holgado.
