'Self-care' Workshop

Centre Cívic Can Verdaguer, Porta, Nou Barris
Led by Yaiza Morales, a Gestalt psychotherapist specialising in emotional and sexual education and self-esteem. Activity aimed at women. The aim of this space is to work on the relationships we have both with ourselves and with our surroundings. We will learn to treat ourselves with tenderness and compassion, setting self-demand aside and focusing on our pleasure and needs, while also creating support networks with people in the same or similar life situations.
