Small-format Exhibition "Lens dans #4"

Located on the third floor. This November, the international dance-film festival Lens Dans expands beyond the screen. Centre Cívic Can Felipa will host an exhibition inviting visitors to discover dance through photography and audiovisual creation, with a selection of award-winning dance short films from previous editions of the festival alongside a display of photographs that have defined Lens Dans over the years. The exhibition highlights photography and audiovisual creation as essential languages for capturing the ephemeral nature of dance and preserving its memory, establishing a dialogue between body, image and time. This proposal forms part of the fourth edition of Lens Dans Barcelona, taking place throughout November with screenings at Zumzeig Cinema, activities at La Nau Bostik and an artistic residency at Centre Cívic Barceloneta, consolidating the festival as a meeting place for creators, filmmakers, photographers and movement artists.
