Duo Amoria Maria Teresa Rojas Rajs, voice Raúl Sandin Bañuelos, guitar Songs and studies, two pillars of music The song (a composition for the human voice, almost always accompanied) and the instrumental study (a short piece conceived mainly to develop technique) have been two of the most widely used ideas in the history of music. On these two basic concepts, musical foundations of a kind, countless variants can be built: glosses, variations, diferencias, reharmonisations and musical quotations, among others. During the concert we can appreciate how basic ideas connect, some apparently simple, which together generate more complex ones that give continuity and contrast to the musical discourse. In short, what might be called structure, the element that gives logic and continuity even in instrumental music
