'Sounds That Unite Us' Creative Workshop

Led by Paola León. Audience: adults. An inclusive space where music becomes a bridge for communication, expression and well-being. Through group activities with instruments, rhythm and movement, participants will explore how sound can encourage relaxation, coordination and emotional connection. The workshop promotes active participation by everyone, developing creativity and empathy through musical improvisation and sound play. The aim is to celebrate diversity and discover the power of music as a therapeutic tool that unites us beyond differences.
