Led by Zero Waste Bcn. What could be more comforting than a delicious French onion soup? Would you like to learn to make a very easy Japanese stock as a base for soups? In this workshop we will make soups and creamy soups from here and elsewhere, 100% plant-based, with different bases and accompaniments. Bring an apron and containers with secure lids.
