'Support Measures' Talk *NEW*

Led by Daniel Labrador. The former judicial incapacitation system has been replaced by a system of support measures. In this session we will analyse the different existing forms of support, the judicial procedure for their adoption, modification and termination, when and by whom they may be requested, and the obligations of the assistant (formerly the guardian). We will also look at measures we can take to avoid having to reach this point, with the aim of saving time and money.
