'Survival Sewing' Workshop

If you already have basic sewing skills, this workshop will teach you useful tips and tricks for giving a second life to a garment that is still in good condition but which you would like to transform: learn to take up hems, take in a skirt, shorten sleeves or repair a hole. Materials for the first day: the garment you want to work on. A basic sewing kit with fabric scissors, suitable thread, tape measure, seam ripper and needles. Also bobbin case, bobbins, universal presser feet and sewing-machine needles, pencil and paper for notes. Participants are advised not to buy these until the workshop is confirmed. Led by Mavi Hita.
