Discover the richness and flavour of Syrian cuisine through traditional recipes prepared step by step. We will learn to work with spices, fresh ingredients and home-style techniques that form part of Syria's culinary culture. It will be a practical and participatory experience designed for enjoying cooking, sharing and discovering a cuisine full of history, aromas and authentic flavours. Teacher: Rama Sabra.
