"Terraza - Wakenius - Boussaguet" Concert

Pianist Ignasi Terraza returns to the festival to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his record label, Swit Records, and to present in Barcelona the splendid album With Respect to Oscar and Niels, a sincere double tribute to pianist Oscar Peterson and double bassist Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen. He is joined by two other great masters of European jazz: Swedish guitarist Ulf Wakenius, who was a member of Peterson's final quartet, and French double bassist Pierre Boussaguet. Jazz standards and original pieces by Oscar Peterson and the trio's three members make up a repertoire that is a wonderful invitation to travel through swing. Ignasi Terraza, piano.
