'The Best of International Baking' Gastronomy Workshop

Centre Cultural La Casa Elizalde, la Dreta de l'Eixample, Eixample
Teacher: Anabel González. We will travel through different countries to discover each one's most representative and delicious sweets. We will make unique desserts and baked goods such as cannoli siciliani, apple cobbler, Black Forest cake and English scones, among other recipes, all from scratch and with no previous experience required. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and keep your hair tied back.
