'The Best of Lebanese Cuisine: Classic Recipes' Gastronomy Workshop

Teacher: Ali Chbib. We will continue discovering the flavours of Lebanon on a culinary journey full of colours, aromas and textures. Step by step, we will learn to prepare some of its most representative traditional dishes, including chicken shawarma, labneh, fatteh, fattoush and arayes, all made with fresh ingredients and unique combinations of Mediterranean spices and herbs. A delight for the senses! Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and wear your hair tied back.
