'The Human Factor in Wine: Great Producers' Gastronomy Workshop

Teacher: Cel·la Mondéjar. Is it true that behind every great wine there is a great person? We will find out by tasting four wines in each session. Each one will tell us about a land, a style and people who devote their lives to transforming grapes into wine, adding a little magic, and we will see whether part of their personal essence is there too. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and keep your hair tied back.
