9 November 2026 · 18:00
Centre Cívic Vil·la Urània, el Putxet i el Farró, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi
Are we condemned to live under the law of the strongest? What causes diplomacy at times to fail in the face of violence as a way of resolving conflict? Can a neurobiological perspective help us understand these phenomena better? We invite you to explore these questions and consider what role scientific knowledge can play in imagining more conscious, responsible and peaceful ways of living together. Led by Simon Serka, neuroscientist and science communicator.
Part of the programme: November of Science and Peace. Novembre de ciència i pau: 2 activities in Barcelona, from November 9 to November 11. All free.
