'The Water Lilies' Workshop

Led by Oriol Bellvitge. For all audiences. This participatory workshop is inspired by Monet's Water Lilies and the principles of Impressionism. Participants paint paper plates and bowls, turning them into water-lily leaves and flowers using ranges of green, pink and lilac while exploring light, colour and brushwork. The pieces created are then integrated into a collective installation in the exhibition room on blue fabrics evoking ponds. The result is an immersive landscape inspired by Monet's water gardens. The activity encourages creativity, community participation and the artistic transformation of the space, strengthening participants' sense of belonging.
