'Theatre Games: Dare to Act' Workshop *NEW*

Teacher: Maria Villarejo. Do you enjoy theatre and feel like giving yourself a space to play, create and laugh? Through improvisation exercises, scenes, voice and body-expression exercises, and character creation, we will explore imagination, spontaneity and the ability to transform ourselves into someone else in order to connect better with ourselves. We will create a safe, non-judgemental space in which to leave behind the demands of everyday life, awaken creativity and recover the curious, brave and playful part of ourselves that is often hidden in adult life. Laughter, rapport, listening and group work will drive this shared journey, designed to build confidence, express ourselves more freely and discover the transformative power of theatre games.
