'Therapeutic Stretching' Workshop

Led by Josep Llata, a physiotherapy graduate. We will do simple, practical therapeutic stretches aimed at recovering lost flexibility and mobility and thereby preventing and reducing pain and stiffness, both muscular and joint-related, that arise over the years. Bring a mat and a towel or sarong.
