'Therapeutic Stretching' Workshop

Professional: Josep Llata, physiotherapist. Notes: bring a mat, towel and comfortable clothing. In this workshop we will perform simple, practical therapeutic stretches to recover lost flexibility and mobility and thereby prevent and reduce muscular and joint pain and stiffness that arise over the years as a result of everyday life, work and leisure.
