Show title: TootArd. Syrian-Arab rock – Majdal Shams, in the Golan Heights. This duo formed by brothers Hasan and Rami Nakhleh has become known for its expansive creativity and ability to reinvent its sonic universe with every new release. Their proposal combines traditional Arab music with global rhythms, creating a style they themselves describe as “Arab blues” or “quarter-tone pop”. The result is a distinctive blend of disco, retro funk and contemporary dance music. With a bright and polished sonic palette, the group builds a magnetic musical journey full of energy and open to new expressive frontiers. Inspired by the rich musical traditions of South-west Asia and North Africa and sounds from around the planet, TootArd connects roots, rhythm and modernity with captivating naturalness.
