'Twerking' Workshop (16+)

Workshop leader: Irene Urquizar. The main aim of this twerking workshop is empowerment through dance. It is a great opportunity to reconnect with your sensuality and connect with the pelvic floor, hips and glutes. All through simple exercises encouraging group work via choreography, stretching and freestyle. Comfortable clothing is required.
