'Urban Horticulture' Workshop *NEW*

Workshop leader: El nou garden. Learn horticulture, the branch of agriculture devoted to intensive plant cultivation, approached through an environmental and social dimension adapted to the city. Produce your own local food, reduce environmental impact and encourage healthy habits through educational tools for understanding nature and food production. The workshop covers soil, climate, plant nutrition, irrigation, plant health and cultivation techniques. It also includes practical demonstrations and activities for applying knowledge at home, covering planning, substrates and fertilisers, main crops, diseases and practice calendars.
