'Vegan Christmas Escudella' Seminar

Led by Zero Waste Bcn. In this workshop we will make an entirely plant-based version of escudella i carn d'olla. We will make the broth, the pilota... and the galets soup! While cooking, we will talk a little about the tradition behind this dish and, when we finish, we will taste it. Bring a food container that seals well.
