Fancy making nougat to your own taste, gluten free and with no animal ingredients? This course is for you! We will make Jijona-style nougat, crunchy chocolate nougat and coconut nougat. And we will decorate them too! After the tasting, we each take a piece of every nougat home. Bring empty, rinsed drinks cartons to use as moulds and a container. By Zero Waste BCN
