Joves de Barcelona promotes workshops, exhibitions and round tables to guide you in accessing housing, understanding your rights and reducing your energy costs. This activity is just one example. Did you know that if you rent, you have certain rights and, if you meet the requirements, you may be eligible for rent-payment assistance? Find out through a visual exhibition covering everything you should consider before signing a rental agreement: mandatory extensions, limits on rent and deposits, the possibility of withdrawing from the contract, clauses that may harm you... We will also invite you to explore the interactive exhibition "Passa, passa, que veuràs el piset", where we review practical advice, resources and assistance to help you manage your home better, save energy and make it more efficient and sustainable.
