Discover wine through the most evocative sense: smell. We will learn to identify varieties, styles and production methods through the aromas that define each glass. Over five sessions we will explore the fascinating universe of fragrances to understand how they arise and what they tell us about wine. A sensory journey for enjoying wine from a new perspective.
