'Wise Women Group' Workshop

Centre Cívic Urgell, la Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample, Eixample
A space for women aged 75 and over to develop free expression, creativity and healthy emotional openness. The activities consider women in their complexity and entirety: motor skills, cognition, emotions and social and family environment. Through psychomotor work and the body itself, using free and conscious movements that encourage confidence, we will gradually strengthen memory, concentration and abstraction while also creating space for the expression of feelings and emotions.
