'Women-only Feminist Self-defence' Open One-off Workshop

Location: Centre de Vida Comunitària de la Trinitat Vella. Led by: Grup d'Autodefensa de l'SDJ. A women-only feminist activity as part of 25N. The feminist self-defence group from Servei de Dinamització Juvenil opens its space to share the tools of this discipline: a unique combination of sport and personal safety that uses practical techniques to strengthen self-esteem and well-being in a space of mutual support and shared learning.
