Ada Vilaró's show 360 grams is a work of autofiction. Unlike biography, which must make a pact with truth, autofiction makes a pact with the “lie”, with fiction, imagination and play. Autofiction begins with the self in order to reach the other. It is a space of freedom that shifts the personal and intimate in order to make it universal. In this workshop, we propose working through autofiction to accept ourselves as we are. T'agrades? Through individual and group exercises, a small creation will be developed around this question, which is both simple and complex. As the show says, “Every body is different and has its own beauty. What is the beauty standard? To question it intimately is also to question it politically.” We will work on acceptance from a human perspective, with poetry and humour.
