With more than two decades behind him and an unwavering creative freedom, Xoel López has established himself as one of the most influential and respected figures on the Ibero-American independent scene. From his beginnings fronting the Deluxe project to his profound metamorphosis as a solo artist, the Galician musician has traced a sonic journey full of courage and sensitivity. Key records such as Atlántico, Paramales, Si mi rayo te alcanzara and the acclaimed Caldo Espírito (winner of the MIN Award for Best Pop Album) attest to a constantly evolving career that has moved very different generations. For 2027 he returns to the stage with the Oniria Popular tour to present his seventeenth studio album. On this new record the A Coruña-born artist goes deeper into introspection, identity and the sharp edges of human emotion, giving life to a vibrant, contemporary songwriter's pop that converses naturally with tradition and folk music. A live show in which instrumental richness and honest lyrics intertwine to offer an experience at once intimate and expansive.
