Centre Cívic Sant Andreu, Sant Andreu, Sant Andreu

Led by Maria José Seañez. Audience: children aged 6 and over. The workshop introduces children to the Mexican tradition of papel picado, an artistic expression typical of the Day of the Dead. Through play and creativity, they design and cut out bunting with symbols such as skulls, flowers, hearts and candles. The activity combines cultural learning with the development of fine motor skills, patience, concentration and visual design. Each participant creates several decorative pieces, filling this celebration with colour while exploring a traditional art form.
