Night of Fear at the Museu de Cera. 'Fantasmagoria, por a lo desconegut' Talk

Museu de Cera de Barcelona, el Barri Gòtic, Ciutat Vella
This Halloween night, don't miss the new themed talk we have prepared. In the 18th century, enigmatic shows began to appear whose narrative drew on Greek and Gothic literature and in which images of skeletons, tombs and all kinds of symbols evoking death were projected. Society at the time went wild for them, and these performances reached their peak in Berlin, Prague, Madrid and Barcelona. In Barcelona, mediums and spiritualists began to appear who claimed to have a special sensitivity and to connect with the beyond, until it all led to the International Spiritualist Congress of Barcelona. How much of it was real? Magic, terror, myth or science? Don't miss the most terrifying night of the year at the Museu de Cera: through images and videos, we will discover supernatural stories of spectres, sleight of hand and lost souls who refuse to cross the threshold… The ticket includes an informal finger-food dinner. The activity will be held in Spanish, led by GoBcn, from 20:30 to midnight (00:00)
