Arash Fayezt For the International Day of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and with contributions from three speakers linked to Quechua, Amazigh and Pakistani traditions, this activity invites reflection through cultural practices connected with the skin, such as rituals, ornaments, natural dyes and traditional artistic expression. A way into talking about territory, roots, migration, resistance and legacy, and about how we inhabit the world and build a sense of belonging. The meeting also includes an intercultural coffee break and a small exhibition with participatory activities exploring the cartographies of the skin present in these cultural traditions. Organised by the Sant Andreu Interculturality Service.
Part of the programme: 'Solidarity Autumn' Series. See the 8 activities in this programme in Barcelona, from October 6 to November 13. All free.
