Ateneu L'Harmonia, Sant Andreu, Sant Andreu
Discover how music also tells the story of the place we live in. Through a DJ set, Sound Cartographies invites us on a journey through the sounds that coexist in our neighbourhoods: Latin American rhythms, afrobeats, music from the Maghreb, urban music and other global influences. Each musical block comes with a brief introduction to the origins, migration processes and cultural connections that shaped these styles. A chance to reflect on diversity, identity and the many ways of making the world our home. Organised by the Sant Andreu Interculturality Service
Part of the programme: 'Solidarity Autumn' Series. See the 8 activities in this programme in Barcelona, from October 6 to November 13. All free.
