John O'Gallagher alto sax · Masa Kamaguchi bass · Rob Garcia drums. Saxophonist John O'Gallagher, double bassist Masa Kamaguchi and drummer Rob Garcia have worked together since the 1990s on New York's creative jazz scene. In recent years they have consolidated that long-standing connection into a settled trio, touring Spain and Portugal to great acclaim in 2022, 2024 and 2025. Each is a master of his instrument with a voice of his own, and together they create a deep musical chemistry that produces a distinctive, intensely expressive sound. JOHN O'GALLAGHER.
