'The Need for Theatre and Friendship' Talk and Theatre Outing

A series combining debate and theatre to explore current and relevant topics in greater depth. Each subject will be addressed in two independent parts: a round table or debate at Casa Orlandai on the selected topic and, the following week, a trip to the theatre to see a play exploring the subject in depth. Attendees may choose to take part in just one activity or both, according to preference. Organised by: Anna Roldós and Mò Bertran. This term we join the celebrations of 50 years of Teatre Lliure and 10 years of Sala Beckett. A journey by a group of friends to a remote island that champions theatre through an innovative format and offers a message of hope for the future. Tuesday 13 October at 19:00: we will discuss it with a member of the team. Thursday 22 October at 19:30: we will go to see BOUVETØYA, by Ivan Benet, Cristina Genebat, Julio Manrique and Sergi Pompermayer, at Teatre Lliure.
