"Perotá Chingó" Concert

Perotá Chingó is not simply a musical act; it is an organic journey and a ritual for the senses that was born under the summer sun in 2011. Julia Ortiz and Dolores Aguirre, friends since childhood, intertwined their voices by the sea and, almost without trying, lit a spark that soon became an unstoppable global phenomenon following the viral impact of their emblematic song "Ríe Chinito". Through their rapport, they have woven a loyal community of followers who gather almost devotionally around their independent mystique. Their music is in constant metamorphosis. After around 500 concerts, more than 20 countries and performances with major artists such as Djavan, Lenine, Anita Tijoux and Chambao, the Argentine duo's sound has matured naturally, blending ancestral songs and folk traditions with electronic textures and contemporary beats. On 25 September, Paral·lel 62 will become a space of collective communion as part of Guitar Bcn. Perotá Chingó return to Barcelona with a proposal that is deeply intimate yet expansive; a concert conceived as an ancient fire around which to gather, where the vibration of their joined voices will remind us of the primal, healing and transformative…
